Shipment
How long will my order take to arrive?
All our products are custom-made according to the specifications chosen by each customer. Manufacturing time is approximately 14 calendar days. Once production is complete, shipping takes between 2 and 5 business days in Spain, between 3 and 7 days in the European Union, and between 5 and 15 days for international shipments.
Why does it take longer than other stores?
Unlike other stores that work with products in stock, at GRJ Jewelry each piece is custom-made from scratch. This allows us to offer a superior level of exclusivity, quality, and detail, although it does require a necessary manufacturing time before shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.

What materials are the jewels made of?
Our pieces are crafted with real and high-quality materials, including gold, silver, and selected stones such as natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and moissanite. Each customer can choose the combination that best suits their preferences.
Do jewels lose color or shine over time?
Our materials are selected for their durability and quality. However, as with any fine jewelry, natural wear and tear with use can take its toll over time. Proper care will help maintain its shine and appearance for longer.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
We work with high-quality materials that, in most cases, are suitable for sensitive skin. However, we cannot guarantee that all materials are completely hypoallergenic for everyone.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return my order?
No. All our products are personalized and made to order, so they are not subject to the right of withdrawal. This means that returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
What if my product arrives with a defect?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs of the problem. We will evaluate the case and, if appropriate, offer a solution such as repair, replacement, or refund.
Warranty
Do your jewels have a warranty?
Yes. All our parts come with a 3-year legal warranty, in accordance with Spanish legislation, against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects exclusively. It does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use of the product.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods available on the Shopify platform, including Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna, as well as other methods that may be shown during checkout.
